The Post Approval Dashboard was created in order to track graduated agents performance while on Post Approval.
Ciara Janay began her career in data as a Social Media Moderator at General Motors in November of 2018. In her position she sorted GM’s owned and earned social media content to different swimlanes and stakeholders. While a moderator, Ciara was recognized for her accuracy reporting on the the companies artificial intelligence routing of earned social content.
In January of 2020, this work pivoted Ciara into her current position as the Social Media Care Analyst in which she reports daily on behalf of the team to internal and external stakeholders. She maintains a reporting pipeline calendar and prepares ad-hoc analyses specific to activations, campaigns and launches of social media content. Since starting her position, she has taught herself several programs and languages such as Power BI, Oracle BI EE, SQL and DAX, as well as worked on projects defining team KPIs and designing dashboards for global social care markets.
Ciara’s analyst expertise combined with her creative background kickoff investigations and unique solutions to business problems.

The Advisor Contribution Dashboard was designed and published to easily visualize and equitably compare Agent’s performance for use in their monthly evaluations.
Because PowerBI does not allow for duration formats over 24 hours, I needed to be able to visually display various agent response times metrics in hh:mm:ss format similar to Excel.
This is a simple query to extract the last time data on a dashboard was refreshed to display in a card visual for end users.
While working, I ran into an instance where Power BI was importing a date time to with the incorrect timezone. In my situation the timezone should be EST but was importing as UTC.
